Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code created by Majarra Labs remain our property until full payment is received or a written agreement states otherwise. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our work is prohibited.

Payment

Clients must follow agreed payment schedules. Late payments may result in service suspension until the balance is settled.

Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting client information shared during our engagement and will use it solely for delivering our services. Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary methods or tools we share.

Liability

Majarra Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if these terms are violated. Either party may end an engagement as outlined in the project agreement.

Updates

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date.
